Thanks for reading, and let me know what you think!
Chris
Again this week I haven't had much time to work on my models, but I have managed to get a little bit of painting done. As you can see, I've now basecoated the yellow armour on the Ork that I'm currently working one, I've decided to paint him as a Bad Moon because 1) I like the colour yellow, and 2) I could do with some practice at painting it. I've also done a bit more on my mock up of the Captain, changing the cream lapels of his coat to blue. It's not much of a difference but I think that it improves it quite a bit, bringing the coat forwards by around 50 years into a timeframe when a disgraced captain could still feasibly wear it in early Victorian London. On the subject of which, I've also updated the background for the Captain, which you can read here. It's now a little more complete, and shows his personality a little more - the sort of man who would become so obsessed over small details that he would ignore his orders.
Thanks for reading, and let me know what you think! Chris
