I know I've already said that the brewery was fully built, but that wasn't quite true. I still had to finish off the piping on the roof, which I've now done using Pizza Hut straws (which have bendy parts, unlike McDonalds straws) - and I'm pretty pleased with how it's turned out!
Hello all, I'm sorry about how long it's taken me to post this! I've had a really busy time these past few weeks, and to top it off, I also lost internet connection for a few days. Still, I'm back now and have some pretty big news to tell you... after the read more break! First, I want to show you something I created on Photoshop the other day to fit in with part of the background for Infamy, the Brown Note Gun - I'm really pleased with it, but what do you think?
Since I showed some sketches in my last post, I've been working on another piece of Infamy scenery that I'd mentioned, the brewery. I'll be putting up a rough tutorial at some point soon, but here are some work in progress photos. As you can see, the basic structure of the building is made out of a cat food box and a tin can, which was once home to some mushy peas.
This is certainly following on quite quickly from my last post, but I thought I'd share some sketches I made for some Infamy terrain - there's a factory building on top, and a warehouse below. I haven't got the materials to make these yet, but I should be able to start in about two weeks.
Once again, more work in progress photos of Uncle John to show you! I've not had as much time to work on him as I'd have liked over the past week, but today I managed to squeeze in enough to finish of the face - and I'm really pleased with the results, especially the stubble (it was ridiculously hard to make his chin look right).
